Blue Jay Lodge South Lake Tahoe

Nice place to stay in South Lake Tahoe, if compared to other hotels. The room was relaxing and spotless, no complaints. The room design was nice and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Everything was great, loved our such great stay.

Some people working there were not so helpful.

Divine hotel with helpful staff, has cozy location close to everything.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The weather was lovely, had nice stay in a long time. Got king room with 3 beds as expected, loved it.

Good for one night. The staff were courteous and the rooms were lovely. Continental breakfast had good choice of options, like cereal and milk.

The bed was squeaky, that's my bad luck.

The hotel provided reasonable prices. Property was cute, had great location and staff. The bathroom was huge & the bedroom was spacious. The view from the window was spectacular.

The hotel is sublime - carpeted rooms and very comfy beds. The location is perfect, 1 mile from Van Sickle bi-State Park.

Everything was perfect, it had free wifi, no complaints. Some of the staff members were affable. Our queen room was tidy, huge. Continental breakfast with cereals and milk to choose from.

Inexpensive hotel, good service, ideal location.

Food is good at this property and stuff is unfailingly friendly.

Truly memorable stay in a quaint hotel. There was lots of fresh options for American breakfast. I got free upgrade and liked it. Efficient check in and in general nice service.

actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in south lake tahoe. i loved the place, it was spotless & the staff were extremely polite. fast check-in and superb service. complimentary drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.

It made my trip to South Lake Tahoe a peaceful experience. Relatively cheap breakfast, easy check-in and well organised staff. I appreciated a very bright decor and vintage furniture. Fairly basic hotel, excellent service.

Incredibly comfortable location, CHEERFUL staff, impeccably clean venue, not expensive breakfast. Our room had a soft bed and an absolutely perfect view. We loved that there was a bathtub. Set in front of lakes and parks, it was a plus. Also, ski run marina was max 20 minutes walk to.

It was all superb.

It deserves its 3 stars. We greatly enjoyed the private beach within walking distance of the place. Climate control, an ironing set and a work desk worked well and the bed was comfortable.
